Description
Both Boys and Girls Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in America! Our High School Lacrosse Weightlifting 101 Program focuses on developing total body strength to gain the necessary muscle mass to take on those aggressive opponents on the field. Additionally, this program will incorporate a plethora of unilateral exercises to help develop the lower body strength and endurance needed to hunt down opponents over the course of a game.
