Soccer is the World’s game, and athletes need to have the perfect combination of strength, speed, agility, and endurance to dominate on the pitch! Our High School Soccer Weightlifting 101 Program focuses on developing total body strength to gain the necessary muscle mass to take on those aggressive body checks on the field. Additionally, this program will incorporate a plethora of unilateral exercises to help develop the lower body strength and endurance needed to finish the first minute as strong as the last!
